As Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be a central figure in the Aftersales team, setting the standard for customer service while supporting the wider Service Advisor team to deliver a smooth, high-quality customer journey.
The Role
- Lead by example within the Service Advisor team, delivering outstanding customer service from booking to vehicle handover
- Manage service bookings, customer updates and follow-ups with clarity and confidence
- Liaise closely with Workshop, Parts and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and accurate quotations
- Identify and drive-up selling opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining customer trust
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through a professional and friendly approach
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor (Senior level preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced main dealer environment
- Commercially aware, with a natural ability to upsell ethically
Hours
- 46.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour break)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 7:00am – 1:00pm
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £36,753.60 per annum
- Bonus: Target-based bonus up to £1,500 per year
