“The best deals are built on relationships, not pressure.” We are currently recruiting for a motivated and driven Car Sales Executive to join a fast-growing and successful automotive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to build a long-term career in the motor trade while earning excellent commission-based income.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing process, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales targets. You’ll be working in a fast-paced dealership environment where performance is rewarded, and no two days are the same.

What’s on Offer

  • Basic salary: £15,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE): £50,000 – £60,000+
  • Guaranteed earnings: £1,250 per month for the first 3 months
  • 5-day working week (no Sundays)
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Full training and ongoing development provided
  • On-site parking and demo vehicle access
  • Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales experience required (commission-based roles ideal)
  • Car sales experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points accepted)
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, customer-focused environment
