An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

While experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage, it's not essential. If you've worked in a customer-facing role, can build great relationships, and enjoy delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated throughout the day.
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service from drop-off to collection.
  • Working towards customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service or service advisor experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience using Pinnacle and/or Kerridge DMS would be beneficial, but training can be provided.
