Trainee Service Manager Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm Weekends: None Pay: National Minimum Wage

We’re looking for a Trainee Service Manager to join our team and develop into a key role within the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, friendly and keen to learn, with the ambition to progress into a management position.

The role

You’ll receive full training and support while learning how to manage the day-to-day running of our service operation. Your responsibilities will grow as your knowledge and confidence develop.

You’ll be involved in areas such as:

  • Supporting the service team with day-to-day operations

  • Dealing with customers and helping provide excellent service

  • Organising bookings, schedules and workloads

  • Supporting staff and keeping the team running smoothly

  • Handling administration and keeping records up to date

  • Learning the skills required to progress into a Service Manager role

What we’re looking for

  • A willingness to learn and take on responsibility

  • Previous experience in a customer service or service environment is helpful, but full training will be provided
