HGV Claims & Invoice Processor - West London
Are you an experienced Service Advisor, Warranty Claims Advisor or Automotive Administrator looking for a new opportunity?
We are recruiting for an HGV Claims & Invoice Processor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Heathrow.
HGV experience is preferred, but car and LCV experience will also be considered. Service Advisors looking to move into a specialist claims and administration role are encouraged to apply.
What's on offer:
- £28,000 - £32,000+ basic salary depending on experience
- Up to £3,000 annual bonus
- Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
- 30 days' holiday including public holidays

The ideal candidate:
- Automotive experience is essential
- Warranty or R&M Claims experience preferred
- HGV, LCV or car background considered
- Strong administration and attention to detail
- Confident using multiple systems
- Good customer service and telephone skills
- Able to work to deadlines and as part of a team
