We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and friendly automotive business in the Hersham area, who are looking to add an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working in a supportive environment, with access to ongoing training and excellent earning potential.

The Role

  • Carrying out advanced diagnostics and fault finding
  • Completing a wide range of mechanical repairs and servicing
  • Working efficiently to maintain high productivity levels
  • Supporting the wider workshop team when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in diagnostics and all aspects of mechanical work
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • VAG experience (desirable, but not essential)

What’s On Offer

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
  • Bonus: Productivity bonus of up to £400 per month
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute break)
  • No weekends
  • Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
  • Training: Ongoing development available (including ODIS, EV training, etc.)
  • Work Environment: Friendly, supportive team within a well-run business
  • Parking: Free onsite/local parking available
