As a Vehicle Technician you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles. Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of necessary repairs and estimated costs.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and labour for each vehicle.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Work efficiently in a team environment to meet daily service goals and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive repair role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
- Certification in automotive repair is a plus.
- Competitive salary of up to £36,000 Basic
- Ideal working week of 08:30am till 17:30pm Monday to Friday
