Vehicle Service Technician – Main Dealer – Brighton Area
£36,000 Basic | £40,000+ OTE | +£600 MOT Bonus | Mon–Fri + Some Saturdays
Are you a skilled Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience? Looking to take your career to the next level with a trusted main dealer? This could be the role for you!
What’s in it for you:
- £36,000 basic salary

- Extra £600 per year if you hold an MOT licence
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (with a 30-min break)
- 1 in 2/3 Saturdays: 8am – 12pm

Your role:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Conduct diagnostic work and identify faults efficiently

What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a technician role
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset
- MOT licence is a bonus – but not essential
