Are you driven, customer-focused, and looking to build a successful career in the motor trade? Our client, a well-established main dealer in Epsom, is looking for a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join their growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or commission-based experience who wants to develop their skills in a structured, professional dealership environment — with strong earning potential from day one.

The Role

  • Selling new and used vehicles through a structured sales process
  • Assisting customers with model selection and promoting vehicle features
  • Explaining and offering finance and additional products
  • Conducting test drives and delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Managing your diary and customer appointments effectively
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database accurately
  • Always presenting yourself in a professional and approachable manner

What We\’re Looking For

  • Previous sales or commission-based experience (any sector considered)
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident, motivated, and target-driven attitude
  • A genuine interest in cars and customer service

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday off + one weekday off per week

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: £21,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE: £50,000 – £60,000
