Job Description
You will receive excellent training and be provided opportunities to progress career within the sector as well as within the dealer group.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities/Skills:\\n\\n * Greeting customers and scheduling services\\n\\n * Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle\\n\\n * Providing additional services including service plans\\n\\n * Handling customer relevant complaints\\n\\nFor your hard work you will be rewarded with:\\n\\n * A fantastic dealer group with genuine progression routes\\n\\n * Manufacturer training\\n\\n * The opportunity to work with like-minded Service department members\\n\\nYou do not previous Automotive experience, although it would of course be an advantage.
