An established automotive business based in Totton, Southampton is looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a great work–life balance, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
- Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety requirements
- MOT testing (preferred but not essential)
- Working as part of a close-knit, professional workshop team
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a workshop environment
- MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
- Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £34,000 – £39,000 (DOE)
- Bonus potential up to £4,000 per year
- 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
