Dartford / Gravesend Area An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor / Coordinator to join a well-established independent vehicle bodyshop based in the Gravesend Dartford area. This is a varied and important role, acting as the first point of contact for customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone with strong industry experience who can confidently manage customer communication, administration, and service processes. Responsibilities * Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and customer enquiries * Providing excellent customer service throughout the repair journey * Booking vehicles in and coordinating repair updates * Preparing invoices and handling billing processes * Managing warranty claims and related administration * Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams * Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office operations * Providing day-to-day administrative support to the business Requirements * Previous experience within a vehicle bodyshop, accident repair centre, or automotive service environment * A strong understanding of customer service processes and repair administration * Excellent communication and organisational skills * The ability to multitask in a busy, varied role * A professional and approachable manner with customers and colleagues Salary and Benefits * Competitive salary of £34,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience * Monday–Friday working hours, 8:00am–5:00pm * No weekend working * Stable position within a respected independent Bodyshop * Varied role with the opportunity to use and develop a wide range of skills * Friendly and supportive working environment * Opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit team This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive service professional who is looking for a long-term role within an independent business where their contribution will be recognised and valued.
