An established classic supercar dealership in the Swanley area is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their team. You’ll be working with some of the most stunning vehicles ever built, learning from experienced professionals in an environment where quality always comes first. This is about doing things properly - taking your time, getting it right, and being proud of the end result.
This role isn’t about having the perfect CV or years of classic experience. It’s about having the foundations in place, and the right attitude. If you’re switched on, willing to learn, and passionate about your work, you’ll be given a chance.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work with a focus on precision and quality
- Support restoration projects on rare, high-value vehicles
- Work carefully and methodically - no rushing, no shortcuts
- Keep your workspace clean and organised
- Be honest and upfront - if something goes wrong, work together to fix it, not hide your mistake
Requirements
- A few years' experience post-apprenticeship as a Vehicle Technician
- The right attitude — willing to learn and take pride in your work
- Strong attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and accountable
- Someone who values quality over speed
Salary and Benefits
- ÂŁ30,000 - ÂŁ35,000 salary
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
