An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established Main Dealer with a strong reputation, excellent working conditions, and genuine earning potential. We’re open to Service Technician level and above, so whether you’re looking to step up or continue developing within a main dealer environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Working as part of a professional, supportive workshop team
- Maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (Service Tech level upwards)
- MOT Tester licence helpful but not essential
- Main dealer or strong independent experience preferred
- A positive, reliable team player with pride in their work
What’s on Offer:
- Basic salary up to £36,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Excellent bonus scheme – £600–£700 per month at 100% efficiency
- Uncapped bonus – your earnings are in your control
- Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm (paid break)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Manufacturer training and clear progression within a main dealer environment
