Southampton | Permanent | £30,000 per year plus bonus
Are you an experienced Tyre Fitter looking for a stable role with a well-established automotive business?
We’re recruiting for a Tyre Fitter to join a busy depot in Southampton. You’ll be working as part of a small, experienced team, carrying out tyre fitting and related workshop duties across a range of vehicles.
The Role
- Fitting and removing tyres across a range of vehicles
- Carrying out puncture repairs and tyre inspections
- Wheel balancing and related tyre services
- Checking tyre condition and identifying potential issues
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Working alongside a team of experienced fitters
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
- Providing a professional service to customers when required
About You
We’re looking for someone with previous tyre fitting experience who can work confidently in a busy workshop environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter
- Good knowledge of tyre fitting and repair
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
The Package
- £30,000 per year
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Bonus Scheme
- Permanent position
