A busy and growing LCV Main Dealer in the Sittingbourne area is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join its expanding aftersales team. This position has become available due to continued investment and growth at the site, including an expanded showroom, additional technician hires and major investment into the business this year.

This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who enjoys dealing with customers, works well in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
  • Managing customer communication throughout the repair process
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts department
  • Upselling additional work where appropriate
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships

You’ll be joining an established and expanding team consisting of:

  • 2 Service Advisors
  • 9 Technicians
  • 1 Parts Advisor
Requirements
  • Automotive experience is not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Good organisation and communication
  • Drive, ambition and a genuine desire to progress
Salary and Benefits

£28,000-£30,000 basic salary, £34,000-£36,000 OTE. Monday-Friday only. Shift pattern of either, 7:00am-5:00pm, 7:30am-5:30pm.

This could suit somebody already working within the motor trade or somebody from a strong customer-facing background looking to break into the industry.
