An established and growing accident repair group is looking to recruit an experienced MET Technician to join its busy Bodyshop operation in Sidcup. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to join a modern, forward-thinking business that is continuing to invest heavily in its facilities, including a brand-new workshop due to open later this year.

The role is ideally suited to an MET Technician who is confident across strip and fit work, wheel alignment, and ADAS calibration, and who enjoys working within a professional, high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out strip and fit work to a high standard
  • Complete wheel alignment and ADAS calibration work
  • Remove and refit mechanical and electrical components
  • Work closely with the wider Bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an MET Technician within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • Strong strip and fit experience
  • Experience with wheel alignment and ADAS systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
  • ATA accreditation would be beneficial but is not essential
  • EV and Hybrid experience is not essential
Salary and Benefits
  • £21ph – £23ph basic salary (£45,000 – £50,000)
  • Group and individual bonus scheme averaging £6,000 – £7,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday only
  • Flexible working hours within a 6am – 5pm operating window
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and Long Service Leave
  • Modern working environment with a brand-new workshop opening Aug/Sep
