We are recruiting for an established automotive business in Leamington Spa who are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has main dealer experience and wants a Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend working, while still having the opportunity to earn a strong OTE.
The Role
- Booking and managing customer service appointments
- Advising customers on servicing, repairs and additional work
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Identifying and upselling additional products and work where appropriate
- Working towards sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Using Keyloop or a similar DMS system
- Working closely with the workshop and Aftersales team
- Making sure company and health & safety procedures are followed
What’s on offer?
- £28,250 basic salary
- OTE around £37,500
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
- 1-hour lunch break

What are they looking for?
- Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealer
- Experience using Keyloop or a similar DMS
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Confidence discussing additional work and sales opportunities
- The ability to stay organised in a busy Aftersales environment
- A full UK driving licence
