Automotive Service Advisor required near Derby, up to £35,000 basic plus overtime, Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Our client, an expanding Classic Car Specialist, is seeking an experienced and technically minded Service Advisor to work on some of the nicest vehicles in the automotive industry. This business is well established in the area and is renowned for its quality service and repairs.

You must hold a proven background as a Service Advisor and will require a fantastic standard of customer service. The job will focus solely on the customer experience rather than upselling.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Maintaining high standards of inventory management and parts ordering
