Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a reputable main dealer with strong earning potential and a healthy work-life balance?

We re recruiting on behalf of a leading main dealer in the Southampton area for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy and supportive team.

Key Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for service customers, both in person and over the phone

  • Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently

  • Provide clear and accurate updates to customers regarding work progress, timescales, and costs

  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth job flow

  • Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional products where appropriate

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer background preferred)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment

  • A proactive and professional approach

  • Experience with Kerridge/CDK is desirable but not essential

  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry

Package & Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary up to GBP30,000

  • On-target earnings up to GBP45,000

  • Monday to Friday hours no weekend rota (only 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am 12pm)

  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + long service leave
