This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
While experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage, it s not essential.

The Role * Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements. * Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated throughout the day. * Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently. * Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation. * Delivering exceptional customer service from drop-off to collection. * Working towards customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets.
What We re Looking For * Previous customer service or service advisor experience. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. * Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems. * Experience using Pinnacle and/or Kerridge DMS would be beneficial, but training can be pro...
