We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected, professional independent garage in the Cranleigh area, known for quality workmanship, strong diagnostics, and a team that actually knows its way around a multimeter.
What’s on offer?
- £50,000–£55,000 basic salary
- Minimum £6,000 annual bonus
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Optional Saturday overtime available for those who like extra hours
- 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Long Service Leave increasing to 25 days after 3 years
- Loyalty bonus scheme:
- £750 after year 1
- Increasing by £750 per year
- Up to £3,750 annually after 5 years
The Role
You’ll be working across a broad range of mechanical and diagnostic tasks, including:
- Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical repairs and servicing
- Tracking down intermittent faults
- High-quality repairs across a variety of makes and models
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident with diagnostics and mechanical repairs
- Enjoys fault finding without needing to “clear codes and hope”
- Has experience with prestige vehicles
- JLR and German brand experience would be a strong advantage
- EV knowledge is beneficial, but curiosity and willingness to learn go just as far
