Senior Automotive Service Advisor
OTE up to £38,000
Monday to Friday – No Weekends!

Location: Eastbourne Area
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and customer-focused professional to take the lead of a small front-of-house team within a well-established commercial vehicle dealer.
The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £32,000, plus a OTE bonus of £6,000 per annum paid monthly, alongside sociable working hours of 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. The role also provides excellent prospects for progression into management, making it an ideal move for someone keen to advance their career.
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team of two front-of-house staff
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Driving up selling opportunities to maximise revenue
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area
- Ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role
- Strong people management and motivational skills
- A proactive approach to customer service and upselling

Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary up to £32,000
