Automotive Roaming Service Advisor required near Good Easter up to Β£32,000 basic salary + OTE Monday to Friday β no weekends. Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Independent Specialist is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor.
With strong roots in the area, this local group is seeking someone to assist across numerous sites and provide crucial Aftersales support to make a real difference. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and become an integral part of the Service Department making sure each customer leaves satisfied and with no stone unturned. With an already great reputation, the business is seeking a like-minded colleague to continue this success and its provision to the local area of the best Automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing additional services including service plans
