We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful and established dealership in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of an aftersales team, working with customers throughout their vehicle’s service and repair journey.
As the main point of contact for customers, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient and memorable. You’ll work closely with the workshop team to keep customers informed, provide honest advice and deliver a first-class experience.

The role:
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the service and repair process
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional requirements
- Building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Liaising with technicians to understand and explain recommended work
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and repairs where appropriate
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing appointments efficiently
- Carrying out pre-booking calls to confirm customer requirements
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating dealership systems
About you:
