We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful and established dealership in Portsmouth. The role:
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the service and repair process
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional requirements
- Building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Liaising with technicians to understand and explain recommended work
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and repairs where appropriate
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing appointments efficiently
- Carrying out pre-booking calls to confirm customer requirements
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating dealership systems
About you:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities
- The confidence to recommend additional products and services
- A full UK driving licence
