Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a background in the motor trade? Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealer in the Brighton area, is looking to add a highly organised and proactive individual to their busy sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional dealership offering a stable Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.
The Role:
- Providing administrative support to the sales department
- Processing vehicle orders and preparing sales documentation
- Liaising with customers, manufacturers and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with dealership procedures
- Supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Previous motor trade Sales Administration experience is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong communication and IT skills
- A positive, team-focused approach
