Parts Manager Southampton area £34,000 basic | OTE £40,000 Monday–Friday | Career Opportunity

Are you a Parts Supervisor at a main dealer looking for the next step in your career? We’re looking for a switched-on, hands-on Parts Manager to lead a busy, well-run department within a 10-bay workshop and strong walk-in trade environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to grow with a supportive business.

The Role

  • Oversee and support 2 Parts Advisors
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including early-morning deliveries (from 7am)
  • Manage stock, ordering, and workflow using Pinnacle
  • Work closely with the workshop to keep technicians moving and customers happy
  • Handle walk-in trade customers with confidence and professionalism

Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Early starts are shared within the team, meaning early finishes too)

What We’re Looking For

  • Main dealer parts experience (essential)
  • Current Parts Supervisor or strong Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Confident leading a small team and setting standards
  • Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
