Parts and Bookings Advisor
Up to £34,000 Basic Salary!

We’re looking for a Parts and Bookings Advisor to join a busy, well-established car dealership. This is a varied role with a strong focus on admin, alongside customer service, so if you like a mix of both, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Ordering parts and managing parts returns, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up to date
* Processing warranty claims and handling any supplier communication related to parts
* Checking stock availability regularly and maintaining parts records
* Booking customer vehicle services and repairs, managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Carrying out pre-service check-ins, including collecting vehicle details and identifying possible upsell opportunities
* Communicating with customers via phone and email, answering queries and providing updates
* Collating, checking, and processing invoices and service documentation to ensure accuracy
* Supporting the service team with admin tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
* Helping the team hit targets through excellent customer service and efficient bookings management
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
You’ll be working within a small team of four, part of a company with around 20 employees. The role comes with a negotiable basic salary plus a team performance bonus.
