Operations Administrator required in Corby up to £30,000 basic, Monday to Friday only with possible flexible working hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into Operation Management. Our client, a progressive Franchised Car Dealership, is seeking a determined and articulate professional to join their business and learn from the very best.
Working alongside the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you will be given the opportunity to learn each part of the business and develop your skill-set and career prospects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fostering strong relationships among stakeholders
- Supporting cross-business collaboration
- Driving project momentum
- Encouraging clear and proactive communication
- Providing continuous, constructive feedback to all levels within the business

Supporting Senior Management within the business, you will hold an extremely important role supporting those making company-changing decisions.
