Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Early starts are shared within the team, meaning early finishes too)

The Role:
- Oversee and support 2 Parts Advisors
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including early-morning deliveries (from 7am)
- Manage stock, ordering, and workflow using Pinnacle
- Work closely with the workshop to keep technicians moving and customers happy
- Handle walk-in trade customers with confidence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Main dealer parts experience (essential)
- Current Parts Supervisor or strong Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Confident leading a small team and setting standards
- Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
What’s On Offer:
- From £34,000 basic salary
- OTE of £40,000
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays + long service leave
