Winchester | Permanent | £32,000 - £42,000 OTE plus bonus An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealer workshop. This role offers the chance to work in a modern, professional environment with ongoing training and development, while benefiting from a genuine work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard. * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment. * Undertaking mechanical and electrical repairs across a range of vehicles. * Completing comprehensive vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required. * Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, accurately and in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards. * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment. What we offer: * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm * No weekends * Main dealer environment with ongoing manufacturer training * Modern workshop with the latest diagnostic equipment * Opportunity to carry out private work on weekends * Supportive, experienced team * Competitive salary based on experience About you: * Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent). * Confident carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs. * Strong diagnostic skills are desirable. * Full UK driving licence. * MOT Tester licence is an advantage, but isn't essential.
