£Are you a proven Car Sales Manager, or an experienced Transaction or Business Manager ready to take the next step?

You'll lead a team of four sales executives, driving performance across both volume and customer satisfaction (CSI) metrics.

You'll be hands-on in the showroom, setting the tone for your team, managing stock, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.

Experience in a retail car sales leadership role (Sales Manager, BM, or TM level)
An understanding of CSI and its impact on long-term success
24 days holiday plus bank holidays
