Earnings & Package- Basic salary of £21,000 / £24,000 / £27,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- £50,000 On Target Earnings (based on 150 units)
- Salary reviewed every 6 months
- Your effort = your earnings
This is a high-volume dealership with strong footfall and genuine opportunity to achieve target earnings.
The Role- Manage customer enquiries both in person and digitally
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
- Guide customers through the full sales journey
- Upsell finance and additional products
- Work towards monthly unit and profit targets
- Full product and systems training will be provided — but you must already be confident working in a commission-based sales role.
- Previous commission-based sales experience (essential)
- Target-driven mindset
- Stable work history
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Professional and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence
- Car sales experience is beneficial but not essential — attitude, resilience, and hunger to earn are key.
- Monday to Saturday, 8:30am-6:00pm
- One weekday off every week
- No Sunday working
- 22 days holiday +
