The Role
As Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping the workshop operating efficiently and commercially.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the customer journey from professional meet-and-greet through to vehicle collection and end-of-day handover.
* Explaining invoices clearly and confidently and processing customer payments.
* Managing and optimising the workshop diary to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and the workshop remains productive.
* Building accurate estimates and obtaining customer authorisation promptly.
* Identifying and ordering the correct parts for each job.
