Service Advisor £32k Basic Salary Monday to Friday Work Week West London Area We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy independent garage, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the front-of-house operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and previous experience within the motor trade, who is confident managing the full service process from booking vehicles in through to handing the keys back to satisfied customers. The Role: * Taking customer bookings both over the phone and face-to-face. * Managing the front-of-house operation and acting as the main point of contact for customers. * Raising job cards and liaising with the workshop. * Ordering parts and managing additional work requirements. * Upselling recommended work and keeping customers updated. * Preparing invoices and handling vehicle handovers. What's on Offer: * £32k Basic * Monday to Friday work week * No weekend or bank holiday working The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing motor trade role. * Confident communicating with customers both over the phone and face-to-face. * Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * A good understanding of workshop processes and vehicle servicing.
