The Role
- Oversee and support 2 Parts Advisors
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including earlyâmorning deliveries (from 7am)
- Manage stock, ordering, and workflow using Pinnacle
- Work closely with the workshop to keep technicians moving and customers happy
- Handle walkâin trade customers with confidence and professionalism
- Working hours: 8:00am â 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Early starts are shared within the team, meaning early finishes too)

- Main dealer parts experience (essential)
- Current Parts Supervisor or strong Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Confident leading a small team and setting standards
