The Role

  • Oversee and support 2 Parts Advisors
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including early‐morning deliveries (from 7am)
  • Manage stock, ordering, and workflow using Pinnacle
  • Work closely with the workshop to keep technicians moving and customers happy
  • Handle walk‐in trade customers with confidence and professionalism
  • Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Early starts are shared within the team, meaning early finishes too)

What We’re Looking For

  • Main dealer parts experience (essential)
  • Current Parts Supervisor or strong Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Confident leading a small team and setting standards
  • Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
