You’ll spend your days surrounded by motorcycles, talking to fellow enthusiasts, helping riders keep their pride and joy on the road and being part of a team that shares your passion for two wheels.

You’ll be the vital link between customers and the workshop team, helping deliver an experience that keeps riders returning to the dealership year after year.

Responsibilities
- Managing workshop bookings and diary scheduling.
- Raising and processing job cards.
- Preparing invoices and completing service administration.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process.
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team.
- Delivering first-class customer service from booking through to collection.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or in a similar customer-facing motor trade role.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment.
- A professional and customer‑focused approach.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and being part of the motorcycle community.
Salary and Benefits
- £30,000 - £32,000 basic salary + bonus.
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Sunday and Monday off every week.
