Exciting Luxury Automotive Brand – New Aftersales Centre. This is not your average workshop role. An exciting luxury automotive brand is building a brand-new, state-of-the-art aftersales centre in the UK and is looking for a high-level Master Technician to play a key role in shaping it from the ground up. The business operates within the luxury and specialist vehicle sector and works with an exceptional range of premium, high-performance, and exclusive vehicles. They are looking for someone technically exceptional who also has the maturity and experience to help guide the workshop as it develops.

Alongside hands-on diagnostics, repair, and technical work, you’ll also work closely with and support a more junior technician joining the team. This would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in standards, and likes the idea of helping build something properly rather than simply stepping into an already established environment.

The Role

  • Advanced diagnostics, fault finding, and repair work
  • Working across luxury, specialist, and high-performance vehicles
  • Helping shape workshop processes and standards within the new facility
  • Supporting and mentoring a junior technician
  • Becoming a key technical figure within the aftersales operation
  • Working closely with management as the site develops

The Person

  • Master Technician level ability or equivalent high-level diagnostic capability
  • Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic experience
  • Previous experience supporting or supervising junior technicians would be highly beneficial
  • Professional, calm, and quality-focused approach
  • Pride in workmanship and attention to detail are essential

This is a rare opportunity to join a premium operation at an exciting stage of growth, where your experience and input will genuinely matter.
