My client prides themselves on delivering top-notch service and maintenance for light commercial vehicles. Their team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated LCV Technician to join their dynamic team.
As an LCV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of light commercial vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' vehicles are safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify potential problems.
- Replace or repair faulty parts and components.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven experience as an LCV Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of light commercial vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Competitive salary £42,000 to £45,000 and performance-based bonuses.
- 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
- Profit based bonus of £1,000 to £2,000 per year.
- Overtime available as part of their callout team with excellent earning potential.
- Monday to Friday 06:30 to 16:00 with 1 in 4 Saturdays 07:00 to 12:00 paid at time and a third.
