You'll spend your days surrounded by motorcycles, talking to fellow enthusiasts, helping riders keep their pride and joy on the road and being part of a team that shares your passion for two wheels.

Because this isn't simply a Service Advisor vacancy.

You'll be the vital link between customers and the workshop team, helping deliver an experience that keeps riders returning to the dealership year after year.

Responsibilities

  • Managing workshop bookings and diary scheduling.
  • Raising and processing job cards.
  • Preparing invoices and completing service administration.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process.
  • Liaising with technicians and the workshop team.
  • Delivering first-class customer service from booking through to collection.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or in a similar customer-facing motor trade role.
  • A genuine passion for motorcycles is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and being part of the motorcycle community.

Salary and Benefits

  • £30,000 - £32,000 basic salary + bonus.
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Sunday and Monday off every week.
