Maidstone Area An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join a prestige brand main dealer in the Maidstone area.
Working as a key part of the Aftersales team, you will take ownership of the customer service side of the department, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from arrival through to vehicle collection.
Working closely alongside the Service Manager, who is responsible for workshop operations and technical performance, you will lead the front-of-house operation and act as the driving force behind customer satisfaction, retention and the premium standards expected of a prestige brand.
This role offers a basic salary of 34,000- 35,000 with a realistic OTE of 45,000 through performance-related bonus.
The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with the role contracted until 6:00pm, alongside a 1-in-3 Saturday rota of 8:00am to 1:00pm.
