Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor Ashford, Kent 30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE 35,000) Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm 1-in-2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm Optional Overtime Available We re working with a well-established commercial vehicle dealership looking to add an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor to its aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, professional workshop supporting a fleet of heavy goods vehicles, working alongside manufacturer-trained technicians in a modern environment. The dealership has a strong focus on keeping customers on the road with efficient service and minimal downtime. The Role * Booking HGVs into the workshop for servicing, maintenance and repairs. * Managing customer enquiries from start to finish. * Preparing estimates and job cards. * Liaising with technicians to keep customers updated. * Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the repair process. * Working closely with the parts department to maximise workshop efficiency.
