Senior Service Controller Farnham Area

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Full-time: Monday to Friday (07:30 - 17:00, with 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and schedule customer visits for field service engineers
  • Handle incoming customer calls and service requests
  • Book and coordinate work efficiently with engineers
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams

  • Previous experience in a similar service controller, scheduling, or coordination role
