Job Description

Are you an experienced workshop controller looking for a new role where you will be valued by your employer?

If so, keep reading. Our well-established client is seeking an HGV workshop controller to join their thriving main dealership, where the successful candidate will be more than just a number.

As this dealership is busy and has a sizable team, this role is suitable for someone with previous workshop controller or management experience, enabling you to hit the ground running.

They offer a competitive basic salary, the opportunity to earn a bonus, and overtime pay for Saturdays worked on a 1 in 4 rota, providing great earning potential.

Responsibilities

1. Distribute work to technicians and ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
2. Ensure health and safety regulations are always adhered to within the workshop.
3. Provide additional support to 24-hour breakdown/recovery services as required.

Qualifications

• Driving license required
• Experience as a workshop controller, service advisor, or technician

Salary and Benefits

• Up to GBP43k basic depending on experience
• Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours; 1 in 4 Saturdays, 7 am to 12 pm, paid at 1.5x
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays
• Main dealership opportunity
