Due to the continued growth of our clients Service & Aftercare department, our client is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead their team of Technicians at our award-winning facility. Working with post-war models, from classic to modern vehicles, you will oversee daily workshop operations, manage technician performance, deliver workshop KPIs, and act as the key link between the Service & Aftercare team and the workshop.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Workshop supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of classic and modern performance vehicles.
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Experience within a prestige, sports or classic car environment.
