We're looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in Guildford. If closing deals gives you a buzz, objections are just "opportunities in disguise", and you know that "I'll just have a think about it" usually means "I need another coffee"... then keep reading.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Helping customers find their perfect next car.
  • Building genuine relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
  • Following up enquiries, handling objections, and keeping your pipeline moving.
  • Delivering handovers that leave customers excited to drive away.
  • Hitting and exceeding targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Car sales experience is a bonus, but personality, drive and determination matter just as much.
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid of a challenge.
  • A positive, resilient attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence.

What's In It For You?

  • £14,000 basic salary.
  • Realistic OTE of £50,000 - £70,000 with uncapped commission.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
  • Saturday: 9am-5pm
  • Sunday: 10am-4pm (1 in 3 Sundays)
