Looking for technicians, not professional parts changers. Tired of fighting with ancient diagnostics, borrowing tools, and hearing "we'll get that fixed next month"? Yeah... us too. That's why we're looking for a Vehicle Technician and a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a proper workshop that actually invests in its kit, its people, and the occasional coffee-and-cake-fuelled morale boost. If you're the sort of technician who enjoys diagnosing faults rather than being one, keep reading.

The Workshop

  • 9 ramps
  • A solid team of technicians
  • ODIS, VAG-COM, Bosch, OAS, Snap-on and all the toys you'd expect
  • Plenty of work coming through the doors
  • No waiting three weeks for authorisation to buy a £20 tool

In short, you'll have the equipment you need to do the job properly. Imagine that.

The Roles

Vehicle Technician

Up to £40,000 Basic

  • Servicing and maintenance
  • Mechanical repairs
  • MOT preparation and repair work
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • General workshop duties
Senior Vehicle Technician

Up to £45,000 Basic

  • Track down electrical gremlins before they drive everyone mad
  • Diagnose faults without immediately reaching for the parts cannon
  • Support and mentor other technicians
  • Handle more complex diagnostic and mechanical work

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with diagnostics and fault finding
  • Servicing and mechanical repairs
  • MOT-related repairs
  • Working efficiently without cutting corners
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Bonus Points For:

  • VAG experience
  • BMW experience
  • MOT Tester qualification

What's In It For You?

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary
  • Overtime available if you want to boost your earnings
  • Monday to Friday only – because weekends belong to you
  • EV, Hybrid and MOT training
  • Ongoing manufacturer and supplier-led training
  • Cakes
  • Coffee
  • Snacks
  • The occasional beer
  • Christmas party
  • Free local parking

Not exactly life-changing benefits... but we've found technicians appreciate decent coffee more than corporate buzzwords.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch)

That's it. No weekend rota. No "just one Saturday a month." No surprises.

Sound Familiar?

If you've ever said:

  • "The diagnostic machine is older than I am."
  • "Has anyone actually calibrated this?"
  • "Who's borrowed my 10mm socket?"
  • "Changing parts isn't diagnostics."

...then you'll probably fit right in. We're looking for technicians who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and want to work somewhere that values experience and common sense. If that sounds like you, apply today. Immediate starts are available.
