Commercial Vehicle Spray Painter
Fareham | Permanent | £40,500 OTE
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, working on a wide range of commercial vehicles and bespoke builds within a supportive and skilled team.
The Role
As a Commercial Vehicle Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing a variety of commercial vehicles and body components to a high standard.
Your duties will include:

Preparing commercial vehicles and components for painting, including sanding, masking and priming.

Carrying out full resprays and touch-ups to a high-quality finish.

Mixing and matching paint to manufacturer and customer specifications.

Working with a variety of materials including metal, plastics and composite panels.

Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Adhering to all health and safety procedures and workshop standards.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A strong understanding of paint systems, preparation and refinishing techniques.

The ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes.

Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
-
A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required.

A full UK driving licence.
