Automotive Service Advisor required near Derby

up to £35,000 basic + overtime

Monday to Friday – no weekends

Our client, an expanding Classic Car Specialist is seeking an experienced and technically minded Service Advisor to work on some of the nicest vehicles in the Automotive industry.

This business is well established in the area and is well renowned and holds a great reputation for its quality service and repairs.

You must hold a proven background as a Service Advisor and will require a fantastic standard of customer service. The job will not be inundated with upselling but focusing solely on the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.
